RoleOverview

As a Business DevelopmentRepresentative at ABGi Canada, you will report to the Sales Managerwith a focused territory within a greater synergetic team with thegoal of supporting Business Development Managers in settingappointments with new accounts.

In this team and partneredrelationship, you will be highly strategic as you work towardsquota attainment and building immediate value, credibility andtrust through direct calls and leads on a day-to-day basis.

Thisrole is hybrid within either our Ontario or Montreal office, butfocused on accounts across Canada.

Responsibilities (A Day in theLife)

  • Source newsales opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and socialnetworks.
  • Qualify customer needs andrequirements to meet minimum requirements.
  • Follow-up with prospects and inbound leads in a timelymanner, always with a focus on the close.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the BDM for furtherdevelopment and closure
  • Maintain and expanddatabase of prospects through cold calling, marketing channels, andother tools as assigned.
  • Understand monthlyquota and partner with BDMS to work backwards into quota whilealways understanding your funnel metrics through Salesforce.
  • Support sales team through administrativetasks to drive revenue forward.
  • Maintain andrecord all sales and customer activity in Salesforce CRM on a dailybasis.

BasicQualifications

  • Minimumof 3+ years of B2B professional sales experience - inside oroutside
  • Must have experience selling withcold calling into companies, preferably middle-market andenterprise-level
  • Must have experience workingwith a sales related CRM
  • Must have proventrack record of sales success of hitting quota and understand salesfunnel metrics.
  • Must be willing tohit weekly and monthly individual and team target KPI’s andstriving for prospect and customer excellence.

PreferredQualifications :

  • Experience selling in the tax credits and incentivesindustry, financial services, or professional services.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher relatededucation
  • Ability to speak French and Englishfluently in a business setting preferred
