Utilizing side-load or rear-load trucks, they ensure the efficient delivery of collected materials to disposal sites. This position demands significant physical exertion, including repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of receptacles weighing between 50 to 75 pounds.

Additional responsibilities may involve operating hydraulic equipment to facilitate the waste collection process. WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

REQUIREMENTS Candidates for the Truck Helper position must be skilled in operating hydraulic equipment and able to work in all weather conditions.

Effective and clear communication with drivers, always maintaining a clear line of sight with them, and learning and reviewing required hand signals before starting work are essential.

Safety consciousness is paramount, and the ability to work positively in a team environment is crucial. Applicants must be physically fit and equipped with CSA-approved steel toe work boots.
