Serve as the first escalation point and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
Complete and populate daily reports.
Host Daily Tier 1 Meeting and ensure proper handover is given / received between shifts.
Lead corrective action investigation and implementation.
Drive improvements in OEM and R&O operations.
Coordinate team activities during the night shift.
Promote and utilize current metrics : Past dues, MPS attainment, Utilization, OTTR, Aged WIP.
Provide timely and accurate support to Internal / External customers.
YOU MUST HAVE :
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience in assisting a team in meeting daily requirements within a manufacturing environment
WE VALUE :
Experience with testing of Analog and Digital Electronics at the circuit card level and at the system level
Understanding of electrical assembly, testing, repairs, settings and / or alignments using precision measuring equipment
Proven multitasking abilities and strong analytical skills
Ability to influence cross-functional support when needed
Collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent SAP skills and comprehension
Creative thinking and idea generation
Leadership experience
Clear communication skills to influence peers
