We are seeking a Live-in Caretaker Couple For 140 Unit Complex to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities : Key responsibilities : Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Conduct regular inspections of building and grounds.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors as needed.

Administrative duties. Maintain accurate records of Maintenance, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting. Insure compliance with property regulations and safety standards.

More than 1 person is required for this job as we have Administrative duties and Maintenance duties

Qualifications : Previous experience in property management or caretaking is preferred. Minimum 5 year experience or related / transferrable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs is preferred. Manage leasing and rental agreements, including showings and move in / outs.

Knowledge of the RTA .
