A typical day :

• Complete light maintenance in commercial settings such as shopping malls.
• Complete light mechanical repairs.
• Complete light electrical repairs.
• Complete fire alarm by-passes.
• Complete general building clean up.

Successful candidates will have :

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Mechanically inclined, well versed with hands and power tools.
• Experienced with fire alarm by-passes.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work on-call as required.
