We are looking for an experienced HR / P&O Business Partner who is resourceful, collaborative, level-headed, customer-oriented, responsive, and a creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
This role will also have a component linked to supporting our Canadian employees and will partner with the Country P&O manager to support employee initiatives for customer groups based in Saskatoon.
The position will be based in Canada, with a preference for our Saskatoon office.
In the P&O Business Partner Role :
The role will serve as HR / P&O Business Partner supporting our Global Strategy & Marketing organizations and leadership teams.
This is a highly influential role, and the ability to act as a change agent and trusted advisor to senior management teams are key attributes for success.
Flexibility and the willingness to partner and reach across organizational boundaries are also critically important. The successful candidate will have considerable autonomy to provide the necessary HR partnership to their business groups, working in collaboration with other Business Partners in our People & Organization function.
