Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries on the telephone, and assisting clients with issues and concerns
- Responding to a large volume of client emails
- Process of credit card payments online
- Data Entry
- Inspection of client orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Completion of a business college diploma, certificate, or degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Keyboarding skills - minimum 40 wpm
- Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
