The Assistant Program Administrator position is well suited to an individual who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and performing administrative processes.
The ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with colleagues, use computers with ease and learn new software / programs will be key to success in this role.
Previous experience working in an office setting and customer service will be invaluable.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for administrative duties related to the support services required in administering the SCSA’s major programs (COR, SECOR, NCSO, and NHSA), and safety-related professional customer service to the membership and other identified customers.
