What you will bedoing :

• Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow colleagues
• Assist guestregarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpfulway
• Mix drinks and control the beverage stockas per guidelines
• Have full knowledge ofbeverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge ofall menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
• Follow outlet policies procedures andservicestandards

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

• PreviousMixology experience including cocktail creationrequired
• Excellent knowledge of all beverageproducts
• Previous Point of Sale Systemexperience an asset
• Excellent communication andorganizational skills
• Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
• Highly responsibleand reliable
• Ability to work well underpressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability towork cohesively as part of a team
• Ability tofocus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
