TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections.

This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing :

• Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due
• Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements
• Answering inbound calls
• Negotiate total losses / insurance settlements
• Complete other departmental duties as required

What you bring :

• Bilingual written and oral fluency in English and French
• Must be available to work between the hours of 8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• University Degree or College diploma preferred
