Part-Time Bouncer

Location : Ted’s Bar and Grill, Mount Washington Alpine Resort

Position Overview : Ted’s Bar and Grill is seeking a reliable and vigilant Part-Time Bouncer to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong presence, ready to manage crowd control and uphold our establishment’s policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor the entrance and exit points of the bar to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Check IDs and enforce age restrictions in accordance with liquor laws.
• Manage crowd control and maintain order during peak hours and special events.
• Respond to and address any incidents or disturbances promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with bar staff and management to ensure a positive atmosphere.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Follow all safety and security protocols to protect both guests and staff.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a security or bouncer role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
