MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Brand Retail Production Coordinator for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours located in the Lower Mainland

Responsibilities :

• Working with Specialists and Managers to support them dealing with external partners to coordinate and deliver printed and fabricated materials to stores
• Supporting Brand and Retail partners to plan timing, installation and removal of campaign, experience, and construction deliverables
• Tracking invoices and entering financial data in appropriate tools for Brand related production projects
• Maintaining and updating the Production dashboard to keep stakeholders informed of project status
• Supporting your team in informing Stores when Branded material is incoming Requirements :
• 2+ years’ of experience in administrative work
• 1+ years’ retail experience
• Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable supporting multiple projects at one time
• Experience or can quickly learn to work with web-based project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
• Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
• Create strong relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions, and geographies - both internally and externally to your organization
• Experience handling invoices
• Results-driven, proactive self-starter, and are organized and focused
• Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
