Brewing Manager

The Brewing Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the brewery and manufacturing plant.

Role Responsibilities :

This role will be a manager on site and will handle operations from health and safety, quality, planning, scheduling and production, including managing the brewing team and output.

The role will put in place metrics to maintain and improve operational efficiency and ensure production targets are achieved.

Training and developing the team and managing the strategic direction of the department.

Other as required.

Requirements :

Post secondary in a related field

5+ years in a brewery position with exposure to managing a team

Strong technical knowledge of brewing and production operations

Salary : 85-92,000 range
