Ourclient is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance / GroundsMaintenance Professional to oversee maintenance and repair programsfor their seniors care home located in Red Deer CountyAlberta.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Managemaintenance and repairs for buildings equipment and groundsincluding plumbing electrical and mechanicalsystems.
• Performand supervise tasks like carpentry painting andlandscaping.
• Conductregular inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes andregulations.
• Handlespecialized cleaning and maintenance including highaltitudetasks.

Qualifications :

Musthave : Valid Building Operator A or B or New 5th ClassCertificate with at least three years of relevantexperience.

Ability to readblueprints and knowledge of local buildingcodes.

Proficiency withtools and equipment for various maintenancetasks.

Excellentcommunication organizational skills and emotionalstability.

Physicallyfit and able to work in all weather conditions and perform heavylifting.
