Our client, an academic institution, is looking to hire a full time business / finance administrator. We are looking for someone with great leadership abilities to join our team in Richmond Hill!

This is a direct-hire position! That means that you will be on our client’s payroll from day one! Our client offers a competitive salary based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a convenient shift time of Monday to Friday from 9 : 30am to 4 : 30pm.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 $80,000, based on experience.

You will be providing general administration support for the company, with a focus on finance and business growth. We are looking for someone to address spending trends and plans with senior managers and address overspending issues.

You will also track financial documents for this franchise by analyzing franchise royalties, SEO income, expenses, month end to send to the accountant, franchise monthly sales reports.

You will be involved in accounts payable and accounts receivable. We are looking for a team-focused individual to join our team!

Requirements :

Must have at least 5 years of experience in business administration

Must have experience in finance / working with financial documents

Must have accounts payable / receivable experience

Strong MS office skills, especially Excel

Working knowledge of QuickBooks
