JobSummary :
The Call CenterCustomer Service Assistant is responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service to clients by handling their inquiries andresolving their issues via phone email and chat.
The idealcandidate will possess excellent communication skills a strongcustomer service orientation and the ability to work effectively ina fastpaced environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Answerincoming calls emails and chat messages from customers addressingtheir questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Issue Resolution : Resolvecustomer issues efficiently providing accurate information andsolutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge : Maintaina comprehensive understanding of company products and services toeffectively assist customers.
- Documentation : Accuratelydocument customer interactions and maintain detailed records ofinquiries comments and complaints.
- Team Collaboration : Workcollaboratively with team members and other departments to resolvecustomer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Performance Metrics : Meet orexceed performance metrics including call handling time responsetime and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skillsand knowledge in customer service practices.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
