Construction and Production Supervisor

This Construction / Production Supervisor oversees the

Construction and Fabrication team and is responsible to manage projects to keep on schedule and plan. This role requires a knowledgeable construction or fabrication professional, with a passion for customized building solutions.

Great role in a production facility with regular construction projects to manager.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the team - construction, welding, fabrication, finishing
• Planning - Reviews upcoming production schedule and plans material and labour requirements accordingly in order to meet or exceed timelines.
• Production - Adheres to the construction production schedule to keep projects on time and within projected costs
• Material and inventory management
• People leadership and development
• Other as required.

Requirements :

• 3+ years in construction or fabrication leading a team
• Ability to manage projects (multiple) from start to finish
• Strong planning skills
• Strong leadership skills

Salary - Targeting in the 70-85000 depending on experience level
