As a Costing Assistant, you will come into work every day knowing that you are the glue that holds a department together.

You as a Costing Assistant will :
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for Bonding and Management Meeting Reports
- Create vouchers for cost transfers and handle cost code creation
- Review and approve trade batches, change orders, and subcontracts
- Work in Gate Three system and assist in the Gate Three transition
- New project set up and other related duties as assigned
Is this the right role for you?
- Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- An understanding of construction accounting and AS400, with strong computer skills desirable.
- High attention to detail with demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to work in office located in London, ON
