We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our growing team in Delta, BC.

This is an ongoing position where you'll be an essential part of ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do :

• Handle a high volume of customer emails and calls with care and professionalism
• Process credits for damaged products, returns, and other requests
• Perform data entry and generate Excel reports
• Follow KPIs and SOPs to meet performance standards
• Prioritize customer inquiries based on time zones and urgency
• Demonstrate advanced multitasking skills to manage multiple requests efficiently

Schedule :

Full-time position with weekly shifts rotating between 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm and 9 : 00 am-5 : 30 pm, Monday to Saturday

Most weeks will be 5 days (if you work Saturday, you'll have a day off during the week)

Weekly Pay : $22.40 / hour, paid every Friday!

Requirements :

• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Intermediate Excel skills At least 1 year of customer service experience in a warehouse or warehouse office
• Previous experience in processing returns and credits is a plus
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to understanding our products
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• Exceptional attention to detail
