Job Summary :
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll facilitate exceptional customer service by collaborating across teams to meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
You’ll build relationships with customers, act as their advocate, and ensure timely updates on project progress.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Advocacy & Communication : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication on project status, scheduling, and logistics.
Escalate urgent issues to management as needed.
Operational Coordination : Manage daily phone and email inquiries, provide support for complex orders, and uphold service-level agreements.
Act as a backup for team members when necessary.
Process & Improvement Initiatives : Embrace continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean practices, safety protocols, and prescribed tools to ensure quality and efficiency.
Organizational Compliance : Adhere to safety and company policies, including occupational health standards, and participate in training and development programs.
Lean & Quality Excellence : Contribute to operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting Lean and quality goals, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
