Job Summary :

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll facilitate exceptional customer service by collaborating across teams to meet operational, safety, and quality standards.

You’ll build relationships with customers, act as their advocate, and ensure timely updates on project progress.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Advocacy & Communication : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication on project status, scheduling, and logistics.

Escalate urgent issues to management as needed.

Operational Coordination : Manage daily phone and email inquiries, provide support for complex orders, and uphold service-level agreements.

Act as a backup for team members when necessary.

Process & Improvement Initiatives : Embrace continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean practices, safety protocols, and prescribed tools to ensure quality and efficiency.

Organizational Compliance : Adhere to safety and company policies, including occupational health standards, and participate in training and development programs.

Lean & Quality Excellence : Contribute to operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting Lean and quality goals, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

  • College diploma or University degree
  • Four (4) years of Customer Service or Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment and control products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Position Criteria :

  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for handling high transaction volume
  • Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities
