About the Role :

We are seeking a Server and Storage Deployment Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our global IT team. This role is part of a high-performing group responsible for managing server and storage provisioning for a prominent investment banking environment.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative setting, supporting the global technical team, interacting with internal customers and vendors, and liaising with engineering, integration, and operations teams.

The position also involves providing technical consultation, engaging in capacity management, and participating in tool development and deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process client requests using the internal ticketing system.
• Prioritize and coordinate urgent tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee remote deployment teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary communicator with internal clients regarding project updates and statuses.
• Maintain and manage relationships with hardware suppliers.
• Collaborate with global teams, including operations, engineering, and integration.
• Continuously improve and streamline server provisioning processes.

Required Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong working experience with Linux / Unix / Windows environments.
• Technical consultation capabilities to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and network technologies .
