Role : EAM Consultant

Job Description
- Must have collaboration and stakeholder management skills
 
- Must have ability to develop strong client relationships and manage large engagements (single / multiple)
 
- Must be able to execute, monitor and control the EAM delivery
 
- Must have right attitude to focus and prioritize the delivery tasks
 
- Must be able to lead the delivery from remote locations
 
- Must have delivered at least 2 implementation projects in capability of consulting ownership
 
- Must be proactive and able to manage escalations and conflicts
 
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills
 
- Nice to have knowledge on Cloud SaaS products and delivery methodologies
 
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
 
- Experience in at least 2-3 EAM implementation (end-to-end) with core ERP systems
 
- Experience of Asset management process consulting is preferred.
 
- Experience within Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utility industries is preferred.
 
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to large groups
 
- Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action
