Our client, an expanding and progressive family-owned company in the luxury bath accessory industry is seeking a proactive E-commerce Sales Specialist to join their team.
Situated in a new, modern, and fun office building, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing and innovative company.
Please note this is a fully onsite role and the start time is 7 : 30am.
E-commerce Sales Specialist responsibilities :
- Work with customers in the online sales category to grow sales through promotions, new product, and regular contact.
- Listing all new products with online sales customers and large showroom groups including creating the excel data sheet, uploading, and then following up to ensure it is listed correctly.
- Proactively prospect and onboard new potential accounts.
- Answering inbound phone calls and general customer support.
- Reviewing sites to check for inaccuracies and potential shopping cart problems.
The successful candidate has :
- Proven experience is an E-commerce role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Drive to increase sales
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Intermediate Excel skills and technologically savvy
Compensation and benefits :
- The discussed base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 plus commission structure.
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
