Elementary Classroom Assistant

We are currently seeking two full-time Classroom Assistants to join our Elementary team. The successful candidates will join a team of educators passionate about providing a holistic learning experience for children.

Experience with Montessori is certainly an asset but not a necessity.

Desired qualities in a candidate are :

• Clean criminal record check
• Successful experience working with and understanding students in elementary school
• Able to take direction as well as initiative
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
• Organized and reliable
• The desire to learn about the Montessori philosophy
• Current First Aid or willingness to acquire

The successful candidate must be available on a full time basis Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 - 3 : 00 commencing September 1st until June 30th.
