They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate industrial,mercial, and institutional projects in the GTA.

In this role you will be required to

• Prepare / review tender documents
• Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid
• Prepare full construction estimates
• Select Sub-trades
• Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets
• Review and analyze submitted tenders
• Prepare contract documents
• Review trade contractor change orders
• Prepare trade contract final accounts
• Track Construction Project from start to finish

Skill Requirements :

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project or equivalent
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage your own workload
