Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Production Cook / Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchering and sausage making, along with a passion for creating high-quality food products.

This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Perform precise butchering of meats and other ingredients.
• Skillfully create a variety of sausages and related products.
• Follow established recipes and preparation methods to maintain product consistency.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in butchering and sausage making.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A passion for culinary excellence and product quality.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable and punctual.

• Starting pay : $23 per hour.
