In this role you will :

• Work closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure customer service requests are met effectively, and efficiently
• Visit job sites to repair and replace Loewen windows, doors, and parts as required
• Provide installation and service expertise for dealers and homeowners
• Partner with the Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Advisors, providing technical support and suggested product improvements
• Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis
• Be willing to travel throughout the surrounding area or as needed, coordinating and scheduling travel and accommodations when required

To be successful in the role you will have :

• Previous experience in the window and door industry preferred, however, open to training a candidate whose relatable skills, experience and fit align with the role
• Experience in construction, building materials, or similar field preferred
• Technical literacy to interpret window, door, and construction drawings and instructions
• Customer focused service, with the goal of a completely satisfied customer
• Enthusiasm for problem solving
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be safety minded and detail oriented
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• A valid passport
