Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably in a golf course, hotel, or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Extensive experience in catering and managing large-scale functions and events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Handling.
