Clintar is looking to complete our team in our Landscape Maintenance Division by hiring a professional Crew Leader with the knowledge and experience to manage a route within the KW area.

The successful candidate will manage sites of both commercial and residential clients by providing timely and professional service during the summer and winter months;

Duties & Responsibilities :

Maintenance Crew Leader

• Assign, monitor and assist with duties for the crew to ensure quality expectations.
• Monitor and ensure the efficient use of materials and equipment by field staff.
• Must be able to use all tools and equipment to perform all tasks associated with landscape maintenance and snow removal
• Operate power equipment and machinery including (but not limited to) riding lawnmowers, trimmers, sheers
• Drive company vehicle (and trailer) to customer locations G Driver’s License Required (DZ an asset) WINTER SNOW REMOVAL - GUARENTEED HOURS
• Duties to be assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Minimum of 2- 3 year’s Crew Leader experience and industry knowledge

Required License Or Certification :

G Class Driver's License
