A typical day :

• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by phone and email
• Provide a superior knowledge of products and services
• Provide thoughtful solutions when solving problems for clients
• Assist other team members with projects as assigned

Successful candidates will have :

• Ability to review orders for accuracy and completeness
• Proficiency in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Must have 2 + years in an order desk / customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role related to glass products or construction materials
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
