• Linenand amenity distribution

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

• Previousexperience as a Houseperson or in a position requiring physicalwork and a high standard of guest / customerservice
• Completely fluent English languageskills both written and verbal
• Proven abilityto work well unsupervised at a fast pace while maintaining qualitystandards
• Commitment to provide excellentservice and exceed guest expectations
• Fluencyin English (verbal & written)essential
• Energetic and able to workeffectively under pressure
• Impeccable groomingand presentation
• Must be comfortable speakingto guests
• Previous experience in customerservice is an asset
• Previous experience in 5star property is anasset
