Position : Human Resources Coordinator

Location : Hamilton, ON

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry : Manufacturing / Industrial / Human Resources

Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate recruitment for internal and external positions, supporting the entire employee life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist with addressing employee relations issues, helping to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Maintain and update HR information systems using Ceridian Dayforce or Mfiles, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new workplace policies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs all other duties.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Ceridian Dayforce is an asset.
• Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
