HR Coordinator (12-month contract)
We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our client's team in a fun and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR experience, looking to grow in a supportive setting with high exposure to transactional Human Resources.
We’re looking for a personality fit someone who enjoys a good laugh, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a maternity leave cover with possibility for extension beyond the 12 months.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Provide recruitment support including the creation of job postings, interview guides and performing background and reference checks
- Create offer letters and termination paperwork
- Coordinate benefits administration and support employees with inquiries.
- Support the company wide Health and Safety policies and protocols.
- Provide assistance to HR related matters as needed
Your strengths include :
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- CPHR Candidate is considered an asset
- 2 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong interpersonal skills
