JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receive & enter orders from Customers
- Verify inventory status, ship / delivery date, maintaining Customer contact with updates as needed
- Confirm ship-to’ site address, extra details regarding transportation method of delivery to location
- Follow up with Customer to confirm delivery, update Sales Order in system release for invoice process
- Action order / delivery issues for resolution or escalate for further action as per company policy
- Provide update ETA data etc. on back-ordered items
- Communicate clearly on full-cycle order fulfillment
- Punctual and reliable attendance
SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT THIS JOB :
- 1+ year minimum customer service experience
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a 5-person team environment
- Clear English language skills : verbal, written, reading comprehension
- Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to articulate with confidence and professionalism
- Technology savvy strong knowledge of MS Office suite and comfortable learning new programs
- Solid reasoning, problem-solving and mathematical skills as they relate to inventory quantity & pricing
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, sense of urgency to meet daily workflow completion
