Job Description

Light Duty Cleaner Position available in GUELPH . Evening Light Duty cleaning for 5 evenings per week, Monday to Friday 3.

5-4.5 hours per night depending on the evening. Hours per night could increase due to additional business. Drivers license required . Start time after 4 : 30pm

You will leave our Guelph office in a company vehicle and do a scheduled route with a partner.

Rate of pay $17.50. Only serious long term applicants need apply.

You must be able to get yourself to and from the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
• A vehicle to commute to work locations
• Have a criminal record check
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONS

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
