Job Description

We're looking for a full-time, experienced line cook to help our chef during service. Duties include :

• Assisting on the line with cooking
• Prepping ingredients
• Helping with inventory
• Maintaining a clean work station
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in a similar role.
• Great working knowledge of Italian cuisine
• A good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is REQUIRED . Both oral & written.
• Food-handler certificate and / or the expectation of obtaining one within 6 months of hire.
