Key Responsibilities :

• Planning & Scheduling : Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Purchasing : Handle procurement of parts and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Kitting : Prepare kits for planned maintenance jobs to ensure all necessary parts and tools are available.
• Coordination : Work closely with the production department to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory for the maintenance department, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as required to support the maintenance team and overall operations.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Planner in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
