Maintenance Tech / Millwright : Harvey 2451

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Tech / Millwright, for our company which manufactures the highest quality coil spring, leaf springs, and wire formed products.

Job Description :

We are an established manufacturing company currently seeking a Maintenance Technician / Millwright to join our team!

You will be responsible for performing Preventative maintenance, break down maintenance, and predictive maintenance on the machinery and other related tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Install, align, take apart and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, Including but not limited to, Pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Operating of OHC for the movement and location of equipment and materials
• Inspection and examination of equipment to identify and detect irregularities in the running condition and possible failure modes
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, power transmission, conveyance and pneumatic systems
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Assisting with implementing new technologies and manufacturing equipment
• Coordinating and collaborating with the production team

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to evaluate a situation and identify the best course of action
• An understanding of the hierarchy of Safety in the workplace

This is a fulltime position

Salary of $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
