Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair, with a focus on residential properties.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and safety of our client's properties, responding to maintenance requests, and working collaboratively with our team to enhance the living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and prioritize urgent issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
• Maintain and repair common areas, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with management to develop maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
