We are a well-established tool manufacturing company based in Windsor, Ontario, and we are seeking a Manufacturing Tool Sales Representative to expand our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing industry
- Provide technical support and product expertise to customers, including conducting product demonstrations, providing training, and troubleshooting
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive in the marketplace
Requirements :
- Post secondary education in Machining or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the industrial tools or machinery industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel between US / Canada as required (up to 50% of the time)
