About
What you’ll do :
- Oversees planning, promotion and on-site activation of assigned business development events, including identifying event attendees, communicating event logistics, and arranging event branding and materials.
- Stewards Affinity’s visual brand through delivery of multi-disciplined graphic design work; acts as in-house agency.
- Demonstrates maintenance of integrity of corporate brand standards and guidelines across integrated channels, including facilitating the promotional item and corporate wear program.
- Assists in the creation of digital assets and creative content including print and digital graphics, motion graphics, videos, and web content.
- Coordinates with agencies and internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of projects, campaigns, printing & production, and other marketing related initiatives.

What you’ve got :
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in liaising with end users to implement a marketing campaign
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
