As an Occupational Health Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Upload medical records and enter data into OHasis
  • File client records and maintain order in the file room
  • Prepare and send files off site as required
  • Complete billing activities including processing invoices and tracking costs for each client file
  • Respond to clinician billing related inquiries
  • Contribute to adhoc projects as they arise

What we’re looking for :

  • 1 year of administrative / office experience including experience with managing a database
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to work well with others
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and accountable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and a database system
