What will you do? Foster company’s expertise in areas such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and all other related Industrial Automation products Develop new customers through an authentic relationship approach and trust advisor mindset.
Build customer relationships and communication at all levels, focusing on developing relationships with key decision-makers & C-level executive partners.
Develop and deliver on business plans and utilize CRM Software (Salesforce) to maintain the opportunities pipeline. Coordinate support through our internal network of technical advisors and leverage the global resources of Schneider Electric to grow our business in the province of Alberta.
Lead and articulate Schneider Electric's Value Proposition for differentiation and align to the OEM needs and competitive share expansion.
Utilize a variety of business management software tools for learning, account tracking, management review, and pricing / quotation generation.
Lead multi-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth (quality, commercial, engineering, project management) Progressively develop a clear understanding of customer’s business model and how Schneider’s capabilities and Industrial Automation solutions deliver added value to them.

5+ years of sales experience with OEMs Deep understanding of strategic account management, customers, sales channels and third parties, with a demonstrated track record of growing business Knowledge of machine builder market in diverse segments (Packaging, material handling / Logistic, material working, hoisting ) Ability to travel up to 50%, mainly within Alberta and Canada.
