Job Summary :
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day office functions, including managing documents, handling communications, and providing support to office staff.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily office tasks, including managing files, documents, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Perform data entry and update office records
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative support role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
