Description
Location : Richmond, BC Shift : Monday to Friday, 6pm to 2am, with half hour unpaid break. 37.5 hours per week. Pay-rate : $20.
31 / hour + $1.05 pay equity, top-rate $28.05 (after 24 months)
The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting and prepares manager reports and maintains documents to ensure document accuracy and proper completion.
The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Responsibilities
Excel spreadsheet, data entry of outbound freight
Imaging BOL's and DR's
Updating GUI as required, creating manifests, other functions as required
Verification of carrier paperwork inbound against load sheets
Scanner control maintenance
Pulling detailed / quality service reports, manually entering proof of deliveries
Communication with LTL Freight drivers
FMR Data Entry
Verification of Scan reports against loaded outbound trailers, prior to load departure
Accurate documentation and communication of any LTL and OS&D freight
Loading scanning and logging resolution freight
Must be able to handle high volumes of incoming / outgoing resolution calls and emails
Check In / Check Out
Lifting up to 50lbs frequently, 70lbs occasionally

Additional Responsibilities
Education
Experience
3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)
3 months experience troubleshooting for scanners and printers
