About the position

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Operator Formulator is a key member of our Operations team and performs all warehouse duties within a unionized environment as required.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload tanker trucks and rail
• Blend, package and handle chemicals in various size packaging (including drums and pails)
• Place packaging onto skids and prepare them for transport
• Assist with inventory cycle counts
• Light cleaning / maintenance
• Other duties as required

What we would like from you

• Minimum of high school education
• One (1) year of experience working in a similar role
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong focus on safety, particularly while operating heavy machinery
• The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
