Our client is a Canadian multinational energy company. They focus on transportation, distribution, and generation of energy, primarily in North America.

They have a long history in the responsible development and reliable and safe operation of North American energy infrastructure.

They are one of the continent’s largest providers of energy storage and related services.

They are currently looking for a Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator for their Calgary, AB location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop tools and templates to support organizational effectiveness and other HR initiatives
  • Update and refresh current documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with HR and company standards
  • Design visually appealing organizational graphics for presentations and reports
  • Conduct organizational analytics and prepare reports based on collected data
  • Coordinate logistics for projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking project milestones
  • Assist in client communications by drafting emails, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries

Work collaboratively across the broader HR Integration and Enablement team to support other initiatives as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in document creation, document management, and graphic design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare insightful reports
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in documentation communication materials

cen- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio and or other project management tools

Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively

Additional Information

  • Experience working on Organizational Effectiveness and or Instructional Design projects.
  • Experience working within an HR Department would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience within a large oil and gas company would be an advantage.
  • Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
