We seek dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and establishing strong relationships within the industry.

Job Description :

As a Sales Representative for Prozteel, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

This commission-based role is designed to encourage high performance and reward successful sales efforts. The position will begin with a probationary period, during which you will focus on building relationships and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue potential clients in the structural steel and pipe fabrication industries across Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia) and Northwest USA (Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Attend industry conventions and networking events to promote Prozteel and generate leads.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the head office in Calgary, AB to align sales strategies and report on progress.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure
  • Maintain Lead Tracking Log in CRM

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fabrication industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong, positive sales attitude and a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel by road extensively to build client relationships across Western Canada and Northwest USA
  • Willingness to travel and attend conventions
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Driving is essential to the role; candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
