Responsibilities :

• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Ensure quotes and deliveries are done within a timely manner
• Work with the inside sales team to facilitate smooth communication between departments
• Foster new connections and customers in the territory by displaying extensive knowledge in the company product line
• Resolve any client issues as they arise
• Attend company sales meetings
• Work effectively with Purchasing, Shipping and Accounting departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Other duties as needed

Requirements :

• Previous outside sales experience, ideally from the construction industry
• Exceptional client relation skills are a must
• Travel is required for the role
• Bilingual in French / English
• Resident of Quebec
