Experience

• Prior experience in an Automotive Dealership is essential.
• Proficiency with CDK software is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet parts customers warmly and promptly.
• Provide parts and accessories to retail customers efficiently.
• Assist Technicians by supplying necessary parts for vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate quotes for recommended parts or accessories.
• Answer incoming calls courteously and promptly.
• Manage shipping and receiving of parts.
• Assist with merchandising displays.
• Process payments or obtain credit authorizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
